Florence’s Film and Contemporary Art Festival, Lo Schermo Dell’Arte, needed a visual identity for their 2024 posters. The festival highlights artists who work with moving images in innovative ways.
The Insight
When the credits role, the audience transitions from their personal viewing experience to a shared and communal reality.
The Solution
A festival poster system that conveys the dynamic nature of moving images. This approach involved depicting scrolling movie credits and scanning the feature film posters and distorting them to create a sense of movement.
